AnnotatableQuantumComputation

The following enum defines the possible qubit label types that can be generated for a qubit of the annotatable quantum computation

class qubit_label_type

Members:

internal : Generate the qubit label using the internal qubit identifier (only available for ancillary qubits and local SyReC module variables)

user_declared : Generate the qubit label using the user declared variable identifier (only available for the qubits of the variables of a SyReC program [ancillary qubits are not associated with a variable and thus have no user declared label])

internal = <qubit_label_type.internal: 0>
property name
user_declared = <qubit_label_type.user_declared: 1>
property value

A class to build a MQT::Core QuantumComputation that also offers functionality to annotate its quantum operations with string key value pairs.

class annotatable_quantum_computation
get_annotations_of_quantum_operation(self: mqt.syrec.pysyrec.annotatable_quantum_computation, quantum_operation_index_in_quantum_operation: SupportsInt) → dict[str, str]

Get the annotations of a specific quantum operation in the quantum computation

get_inlined_qubit_information(self: mqt.syrec.pysyrec.annotatable_quantum_computation, qubit: SupportsInt) → mqt.syrec.pysyrec.inlined_qubit_information | None

Get the inlined information of a qubit

get_quantum_cost_for_synthesis(self: mqt.syrec.pysyrec.annotatable_quantum_computation) → int

Get the quantum cost to synthesis the quantum computation

get_qubit_label(self: mqt.syrec.pysyrec.annotatable_quantum_computation, qubit: SupportsInt, qubit_label_type: mqt.syrec.pysyrec.qubit_label_type) → str | None

Get either the internal or user-declared label of a qubit as a stringified SyReC variable access based on its location in the quantum register storing the qubit and, optionally, the layout of the SyReC variable stored in the register.

get_transistor_cost_for_synthesis(self: mqt.syrec.pysyrec.annotatable_quantum_computation) → int

Get the transistor cost to synthesis the quantum computation
